This is the source tree for NCSA PC Telnet 2.3.07
The binaries are in a separate zipfile.

  PC Telnet is compiled with Microsoft C/C++ 7.0 and MASM 5.1
  The makefiles work with Microsoft's MAKE utility, version 4.07

NCSA does not support the source.
