NCSA does not support Telnet source code. With that in mind, here is some info from a user, who managed to compile under Borland C. *** helpful hint: if you run out of space in DGROUP, its because your compiler doesn't place each 'far' data object in its own segment. To make things work, you need to make the raw packet buffer be in its own segment. Here's how: in include/pcdefs.h search for: --> unsigned char far raw[17000]; (the 17000 might be some other number... smaller, if someone tried to fix this before) and change to --> unsigned char far raw[17000]={0,0}; /* force into own segment */ *** If you have compiled NCSA with different systems, and would like to help other people by submitting your hints/success-stories, mail pctelnet@ncsa.uiuc.edu and we will include relevant information in this file.
