--= Instructions for using winflash.exe and newdrivr.exe =--

1) Be sure all other applications that might be using the modem
   are turned off.

2) Double click on the winflash icon.

3) Either select the Com port your modem is connected to, or
   select Search for the Flasher to try to find the modem for
   you.

4) Upon finding a Supra Modem, the Upgrade button becomes 
   selectable.

5) If the modem is flash upgradable, winflash will update
   your modem for you. If You require a Rom kit or factory
   service a window will open asking if you want to place
   an order with Diamond Multimedia to upgrade your modem.

6) Quit winflash.

   SupraExpress owners, you're finished!
 
   If you aren't using Windows 95, you're finished!

6) If you are updating your modem from pre-1.440-09 firmware
   or if you just want to update your Windows 95 drivers to 
   the latest version, you want to run newdrivr.exe

   **NOTE: the *.inf drivers included in this archive MUST be 
       in the same directory as newdrivr.exe or the procedure
       will fail to function correctly.**

7) Click on Update.  When the program is finished, click the
   OK button to quit the application.

8) You MUST now go to the Control Panel/System  and select Device
   Manager.  Find the modem entries (you click on modem to see 
   installed modems). Highlight your Supra modem, then select 
   Remove.  Confirm that you want to delete it, then close the 
   Device Manager.

9) Restart Windows.  The system will then detect the upgraded
   modem and load the correct drivers for it.
