Thus, corrections to the program ("bug fixes") can be obtained at no cost by downloading them from our support board, or for a $3 shipping fee, by mail. --------------------------------- INSTALLATION AND TROUBLE-SHOOTING --------------------------------- For complete information about installation and trouble-shooting, refer to SYSOP:INFO:MANUAL (i.e. the MANUAL subsection of the INFO section of the SYSOP utility that accompanies Sapphire -- type SYSOP at the DOS prompt to begin). If you are installing Sapphire for the first time, you may call Pinnacle Software for assistance if you can not complete the basic installation successfully.
