Well Activity is an program which enhances the use of the Power Converter when it is registered. What Activity does is very simple. It reads a binary log of when users went into a door, what the name of the door was, what the user's name was, what his baud rate was set at, and whether or not he was using graphics when he went in which the REGISTERED version of The Power Converter creates.( See the Power Converter's docs for details. ) It allows you as a Sysop to search through that log for a certain user and see what doors he went in when, or for a certain door and see who accessed it when. At this point in time Activity is a very rudimentary tool, but in the future it will be able to create bulletins, and graphs of door usage for you. --- How do I use Activity? Well that is very simple as well. It must reside in the same directory as you power converter's key file ( because this is where the Power Converter will create Activity's log file ). you simply type 'ACTIVITY' at your dos prompt and it will load up. At this point you have only 4 menu options. The one to be very careful off is 'KILL'. This will destroy your entire log, and thusly destroy all the previous info it contained. The others are self explanatory, simply follow the prompts. At this point the program is very low level and as such needs little or no documentation.
