PCBDOD v2.0 Beta

  In order to get this version out as soon as possible , some of the features
 are disabled. I've left mention of them in the docs and the configuration 
 to make upgrading to the Non-Beta 2.0 easier.

 If you encounter any problems, please let me know as soon as possible.
