Why should you report a virus attack to us? Because if you do so it helps us and the authorities to estimate the size of the virus problem. It is still not really possible to perform realistic statistics on the reproduction of viruses, and therefore it is difficult to defend against them. If we know which virus occurs where, and how often it causes troubles, we can really improve our work and supply the authorities our statistics. Of course we realize that a virus attack is a quite sensitive matter. Therefore we will never use your name of the name of your company in any publication or statistics. We will never supply your name to anyone. We need your name only to be able to get confirmation on the virus attack. Although we hope you will answer all questions, you may skip questions if you don't want to answer them. If you or your company has had a problem with a virus, please fill in this form and return it to us by mail or via fax. In case of multiple viruses use multiple report forms. -> DO NOT UPLOAD OR TRANSMIT THIS FILE TO ANY THUNDERBYTE SUPPORT BBS!
