Other Dimension --------------- MidNight Moon This is MNM's contribution to the demo competition at Assembly'94. Credits: Code .......... Tremor Graphics ...... Tremor Music ......... Tremor Music Player .. Tremor Recommended a fast 486 machine(386 required), a fast VGA and UltraSound. About 583000 bytes of base memory needed. Some parts looks VERY bad in slow 386's(like the torus part and the vector town). My music player checks UltraSound's configuration from the ULTRASND environment variable. If you have problems with UltraSound check that there's not any spaces in the variable, for example: ULTRASND= 240,3,3,11,5 incorrect ULTRASND=240,3,3,11 ,5 incorrect ULTRASND=240,3,3,11,5 correct If you have a 386 machine and Sound Blaster, try selecting low mixing rate or no sound. Join MidNight Moon! It was very hard to do the whole demo by myself, because I'm coder, not graphics artist or musician. That's why the demo doesn't contain so much bitmap pictures. And "the music" was VERY hard to do. To join, write to address: Allan Per„m„ki Per„m„entie 10 62300 H„rm„ Finland with some proofs of your skills(bitmap pictures, songs). Tremor
