LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR COLORADO BACKUP FOR DOS, COLORADO 
          BACKUP FOR WINDOWS, AND COLORADO BACKUP FOR WINDOWS 95
     
          This software is copyrighted and owned by 
          Hewlett-Packard Company or its third party licensers. 
          Your rights to use the software are similar to your 
          rights to use a book or a video movie.
     
                    You may use the software on one
                    machine at a time.
     
                    You may transfer the software, along 
                    with the tape drive hardware to
                    another person, provided that you
                    give the person all your disks,
                    updates, and documentation.
     
                    You may make a copy of this software 
                    for backup purposes, you may also
                    make a copy of this software and
                    install it on other computers for
                    use with a Colorado Memory Systems
                    or HP Colorado tape drive which is
                    shared among those other computers
                    only.
     
                    You may not make copies of the
                    software for any other purpose than
                    those specified above.  In
                    particular, you may not copy it onto 
                    any other bulletin board or similar
                    system.
     
                    You may not rent or lease the
                    software.  You may not modify the
                    software, including removing any
                    identifying notices or defeating any 
                    protection mechanisms.
     
          WARNING:  Copyright infringement may be investigated by
                    federal or international authorities and may 
                    be subject to civil and criminal penalties.
     
          U.S. Government restricted rights:  The software and 
          documentation have been developed entirely at private 
          expense and are provided as "Commercial Computer 
          Software" or "restricted computer software".  Use, 
          duplication or disclosure by the U.S. Government is 
          subject to the restrictions set forth in subparagraph 
          (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer 
          Software clauses in DFARS 252.227-7013 or set forth in 
          subparagraph (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer 
          Software -- Restricted Rights clauses at FAR 52.227-19, 
          as applicable.  The owner is Hewlett-Packard Company,
