Monte Carlo DOS install

IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE MONTE CARLO AS YOUR CD-ROM CONTROLLER:
Make sure the line "DEVICE=C:\MCARLO\MCMODE.EXE" in config.sys
comes before the driver for the CD-ROM.
