The enclosed driver was developed by Sonic Foundry.

This is just a standard installation pack..

1 Run the Drivers applet from the Control panel.
2 Select unlisted driver and then change to the directory where the enclosed
  files are placed.
3 Select OK
4 Select the Yamaha OPL4 Midi Synth
5 Restart Windows
6 Note that you will have a new OPL4 applet in your control panel after
  installation.
