Audioblitz 3D Sound Card Drivers Installation Instructions


The file that you have downloaded, AB3D_V20.ZIP, contains 
two files. 
Install.txt, which is this file that you are currently reading 
and AB3D_V20.EXE. The file AB3D_V20.EXE is a self extracting 
archive.

DO NOT extract this file into your existing genoa3d directory!


WIN 3.x and DOS Installation:

Create a directory on your hard drive named UPDATE.
Place the AB3D_V20.EXE file in the directory named UPDATE.

Step one; From DOS change directories to the directory named 
UPDATE.
Step two; Enter the file name AB3D_V20.EXE. 
This will extract the contents of this file into that directory.
Step three; Start Windows. Once in the program manager click on FILE. 
Then click on RUN. In the dialog box type in C:\UPDATE\SETUP.EXE 
then press enter. This will start the driver installation process.
Step four; Answer all the prompts that are specific to your needs 
until the process is complete.

WIN95 Installation:

From your desktop right click on START. Select EXPLORER.
Create a NEW FOLDER on your C:\ drive named UPDATE.
Place the AB3D_V20.EXE file in the UPDATE directory.

	From EXPLORER click on the UPDATE directory. 
In that Directory double click on AB3D_V20.EXE. This will extract 
the contents of this file into that directory.
	From the UPDATE directory double click on SETUP.EXE to 
start the application installation.
	Answer all the prompts that are specific to your needs 
until the process is complete.
	Click on START then SETTINGS then CONTROL PANEL. Select 
ADD NEW HARDWARE.
	From the wizard click on NEXT.
	On the next screen click on NO then click on NEXT.
	Scroll down the list. When you find OTHER DEVICE, 
Click on it. Then select NEXT.
	From the device screen select HAVE DISK.
	From the "Install from disk " screen, type C:\UPDATE
and press enter.
	From the "Open" screen click on OK.
	From the "Install from disk" screen click on OK.
	From the "Models" screen click on NEXT.
