General MIDI patch for Lands of Lore

Instructions:
        1) Copy the files GF1Digi.adv and GF1Midi.adv to your
           Lands of Lore directory. The digitized stereo sounds will NOT
           work in this version since Westwood accesses the hardware
           directly, but I'm working on it.
        2) Run LoreAIL.exe. If you already have run LoreAIL.exe once,
           choose NOT to overwrite your old Drivers.bak, cause then
           your original file will be gone forever...
        3) Run the Setup program supplied with Lands of lore and
           configure your games as General MIDI.
        4) If you want just background music, run UltraMID.exe without
           any commandline options which gives the best result. Then
           choose Sound effects off in the in-game setup.
            If you want both music and sound effects, runt UltraMID.exe -c
           to preload patches into your GUS memory banks, however 1 meg
           of onboard ram is STONGLY recommended for this option!
        5) Start Lands of Lore and enjoy.
