modification, recompilation  or  disassembling  of the  software  without 
written approval of CTL shall be a infringement of the  copyright in  the  
usage owned by CTL.  

SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION

You are not  allow to freely  distribute the  software as a  shareware or 
freeware programs to any third party or  otherwise  transfer them to  any 
electronic services without written approval of CTL.

You are  NOT  allowed to  repackage,  resell or rent the  software to any 
third party or otherwise transfer them in any way or by any means.

LIMITED DISTRIBUTION (For authorized CTL distributors ONLY)

If you are an authorized CTL  distributor, you are  allowed to distribute 
this package on your electronic service(s) for users' retrival.  However, 
all programs and files in this package MUST be distributed AS IS and MUST 
remain unmodified and unaltered in any way and by any means.

In  addition, all  software in this  package  must  accompanied  by  this 
LICENSE.TXT file.  And this LICENSE.TXT file MUST  remain  unmodified and
