written approval of CLI shall be a infringement of the  copyright in  the  
usage owned by CLI.  

SOFTWARE DISTRIBUTION

You are not  allow to freely  distribute the  software as a  shareware or 
freeware programs to any third party or  otherwise  transfer them to  any 
electronic services without written approval of CLI.

You are  NOT  allowed to  repackage,  resell or rent the  software to any 
third party or otherwise transfer them in any way or by any means.

LIMITED DISTRIBUTION (For authorized CLI distributors ONLY)

If you are an authorized CLI  distributor, you are  allowed to distribute 
this package on your electronic service(s) for users' retrival.  However,
