CTEFFECT.DRV file

To install, copy the CTEFFECT.DRV file into the SB16\DRV directory.
For example, if your SB16 directory is on drive C, you would type at
the DOS prompt:

COPY CTEFFECT.DRV C:\SB16\DRV
