The file 2940ufl.exe contains the following files:

You will first need to <create> a DOS bootable diskette.
<Copy> the 5 files from 2940ufl.exe to the boot disk
and <reboot> the machine with the new disk.

The flash utility will automatically start if you only have one 2940U
card in your system.  If you have more than one 2940U it will display a 
menu for you to choose which card you want to flash.

<Choose> the appropriate card and press enter.
The program will take about 1 minute then ask you to
<remove> all disks from the A: drive and <reboot>.

Repeat the above procedure if necessary for all 2940U cards in your system.
