SUBJECT:  Convert Database Program to WordPerfect
 
To save third party database program files (dBase IV, FoxBase,
R-Base) to WordPerfect format the following needs to take place in
the database program:
 
1.   While in the database program, save with the USE command.
     Example: Use (filename).
2.   Save in delimited format.
     Example: Copy (temporary filename) Delimited
3.   If editing of the secondary file is desired prior to merging,
     in the 5.x or 4.2 Convert program, choose the Mailmerge
     option.   You will need to set the field delimiter to a comma
     (,), set the record delimiter to {13}{10}, and the character
     to be stripped to the double quote ("").
