Windows 95 ---------- Location of Driver: \WIN95\ND4300.SYS Assuming that Windows 95 is already installed and is working. 1. After installing the ND4300 PCI Ethernet adapter in the computer and boot up the computer. 2. Windows 95 detects the new hardware "PCI Ethernet Controller" in the New Hardware Found box. 3. Select "Driver from disk provieded by hardware maunfacturer" option and press "OK". 4. Insert the ND4300 PCI Ethernet Adapter driver diskette into floppy drive and specify the LAN driver path, and then choose the "OK" button. for example : A:\win95 5. Follow the instructions on screen and restart your PC. Windows 95 OSR2(OEM Service Release 2) -------------------------------------- 1. Insert ND43XX in one empty PCI slot and boot up your Win95. 2. Win95 should find "PCI Ethernet Controller" in "New Hardware Found" Then screen will appear "Update Device Driver Wizard" box. 3. Insert ND43XX release diskette in floppy disk and press the "Next" button. Win95 will try to serach the driver for you in any possible locations. Since the INF file was placed at \WIN95, so Win95 could not find at this time. 4. Press the "Other Locations". Enter the path "A:\WIN95" in the "Location" column and press OK button. 5. Then the Wizard will find "nd4300". 6. Press "Finish" and follow the instructions on screen to complete the installation. 7.
