Driver installation Guide for Novell NetWare v3.12 server
      ===============================================================

Introduction
============
    This document describes the procedures to install Netware 3.12 server
    driver for AE-200PNP Ethernet Adapter.

    NetWare v3.12 server network OS doesn't support Plug&Play feature and
    if your computer does not support PnP function also, you must set the
    network card in  "Jumperless"  mode through our PNPSETUP.EXE program;
    Otherwise, it can not work correctly.

Installation Procedures
=======================

    1. Copy MSM31X.NLM, ETHERTSM.NLM and PNPSRV.LAN from  \netware\3.12
       directory of the driver diskette to the hard disk directory where
       NetWare 3.12 system files are locatted.

    2. Boot NetWare file server by executing "SERVER" as you usually do.

    3. When the NetWare 386 prompt appears (indicated by a colon),
       to load the driver manually, simply at the system console screen
       type the following command:

       : Load PNPSRV Frame=Ethernet_xxxxx

       or, you can directly load file from the driver diskette :

       : Load A:\NETWARE\3.12\PNPSRV Frame=Ethernet_xxxxx

       Note: (1) MSM31X.NLM, ETHERTSM.NLM will be auto-load by loading driver.

	     (2) Frame type depend on your network frame type.
		 (Default frame type is Ethernet_802.2).

    4. Bind IPX to the adapter driver. At the NetWare server prompt, type:

       : Bind IPX to PNPSRV Net=xxxxx

       Note: Net value depend on your network configuration.

    5. Add the load and bind statements you require to the server's
       AUTOEXEC.NCF file so that the LAN driver will load automatically
       each time the server starts up.
