Solution Specifics: The following is an example issue that this program helped resolve. Broadcast messages were not being displayed in Windows. A user had installed the latest files from WINDR1.EXE. Using this tool, the user was able to determine that an older version of NWPOPUP was being loaded in memory. The user had installed the WINDR1.EXE files correctly but an older version of NWPOPUP.EXE was left in the Windows directory. The user had copied NWPOPUP.EXE to the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. When the user deleted the file from the WINDOWS directory, the correct version of NWPOPUP was loaded from the WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory and the problem was resolved. ============================================================================ Any comments or suggestions on how we can improve this utility are welcomed.
