This version of VREPAIR.OBJ for Advanced and SFT NetWare 286 v2.1x allows for use with large drives, where a volume begins above 256 Mb on the drive. It also allows for use with multiple attached printers; this represents a fix to the workaround of reducing the number of printers in NETGEN in order to run VREPAIR on a system with multiple printers. This version has not been thoroughly tested and should be considered in alpha test form. Be sure to make a full backup before implementing this revision. To install this version of VREPAIR.OBJ: 1) For 5.25" media, copy VREPAIR.OBJ to your working copy of the UTILOBJ-2 diskette or subdirectory. For 3.5" media, copy VREPAIR.OBJ to your working copy of the UTILOBJ diskette or subdirectory. 2) Run NETGEN and regenerate the operating system as you normally would. Be sure to select the Link/Configure File Server Utilities in NETGEN. 3) The newly generated VREPAIR.EXE should be copied onto your working copy of the UTILEXE-2 (5.25" media) or UTILEXE (3.5" media) diskette or subdirectory. ÿ
