This README file accompanies NVER v3.00.


This version of NVER resolves the lack of information situation that occurred when running NVER on a DOS workstation mode of a non-dedicated server.  This also corrects the misleading NetBIOS information returned when NVER is run on a Token-Ring workstation.  
  
To install this version of NVER:  
  
1.    Within the PUBLIC directory on your server, flag NVER.EXE to Shareable Read/Write (SRW).  
  
2.    Within the SYS:PUBLIC directory on your server, rename NVER.EXE to NVER.OLD.  
  
3.    Copy the new NVER.EXE into your SYS:PUBLIC directory. 
  
4.    Within the SYS:PUBLIC directory on your server, flag NVER.EXE and NVER.OLD to Shareable Read Only (SRO).
