INT15 README

People running micro channel ARCNET that want to run Lotus 123 release 3
need to run this fix program called INT15FIX.COM.  This program should be
run after IPX and NET3 or NET4 is run.  So far the only place we have seen
a need to run this fix is with the microchannel ARCNET driver and Lotus 123
release three.

It is possible that this program will need to be run for other programs
that use interrupt 15 to check the system configuration. (Note interrupt 15
is used on PS2 machines to find the System Configuration Information)
