ABSTRACT:

This IDE driver has some improvements over the IDE.DSK that shipped in NetWare
v3.12.  It was used in the certification of several disk drives.

SYMPTOM

The previous version of the IDE driver would not properly handle all fault
tolerance tests.  Unloading the driver with a heavy I/O load and deactivating
devices supported by the driver under the MONITOR.NLM would cause the driver
to hang.


SOLUTION

The IDE.DSK dated 6-28-93 addresses these issues.

Installation Instructions:
