Once this occurs, it will not recognize additional packets. The problem is best seen on large systems. Workstations left unattended for an extended length of time will no longer have a valid connection when the user attemps to resume activity. New operating system and workstation drivers are available to correct this. Operating System Drivers: acomdrv.obj bcomdrv.obj ccomdrv.obj dcomdrv.obj Workstation Driver: shelldrv.obj In order to install the new drivers, it will be necessary to copy the four operating system drivers onto a working copy "GENOS-1" diskette. They must be copied into the "ETHERNET" subdirectory on this diskette, replacing the currect ones. The workstation driver must be copied into the "ETHERNET" subdirectory on the working copy "GENSH-1" diskette. It will then be necessary to re-generate both the operating system and workstation shell as done in the initial installation. The new operating system and workstation shell are then used in place of the current ones. ÿ
