ABSTRACT:

This is a patch for BorderManager's NWADMIN snapin for WIN NT. It has not gone
through Novell testing.  Please read the entire document before installing.

SYMPTOM:

1. BorderManager did not ship with a snapin for Windows NT.
 2. In NWADMIN, when you try to add an ip address to the "BorderManger Setup"
page, you may get a -601 error when clicking on OK.  No gateway object would be
created.
  3. After installing BorderManager on a new NDS tree, you may get a -  603
error "Unable to read configuration for NDS". When running NWADMIN, you are
unable to run BorderManager setup.

SOLUTION: 

Apply BMNWNTB.EXE

Installation Instructions:

1. You must have BMSP1A.EXE installed on your BorderManager server . Download
and install this patch first before proceeding.
 2. If you have not already done so, install the latest Intranetware Client for
NT on the workstation you will be administering BorderManager from.
  3. Follow the instructions in the IntranetWare Client for NT software to
 install the NWADMIN for NT software on the server...
 4. Copy BMNWNTB.EXE into the directory \PUBLIC\BORDERMGR and  temporary
directory ETF2 and "explode" BMNWNTB into it.
 5. This will create a WINNT directory which contains all the files needed to
run BorderManager setup under Windows NT.
  6. Run \PUBLIC\BRDRMGR\WIN95\SETUP.EXE to install the BorderManager snapin.
  7. Down the server and bring it back up again.
