This README file of UPS.EXE accompanies UPS.NLM for NetWare v3.10.

This revision of UPS.NLM corrects an interrupt sharing conflict between
ADIC's DCB.DSK AND UPS.NLM in NetWare 386 version 3.10.  To implement this
fix, you must follow the instructions as shown below and obtain the most
recent DCB.DSK file from ADIC.

To install this utility:

1)    Flag UPS.NLM as SRW (Sharable Read Write) in the SYSTEM directory.

2)    Rename UPS.NLM to UPS.old in the SYSTEM directory for backup
purposes.

3)    Copy UPS.NLM to the SYSTEM directory on your system.

4)    Flag the new copy of UPS.NLM back to SRO (Sharable Read-Only).
