These library files contain updates to NetWare API libraries.  CLIB.NLM 
rev. D includes Large Internet Packet (LIP) support and Signature security 
enhancements, as well as a fix for "Abend: LockDirectoryEntry Called 
With Entry Already Locked" when Name Spaces are loaded. 

To install this version of CLIB.NLM:  
 
1)    Copy CLIB.NLM into the SYS:SYSTEM directory.

2)    Down the server and bring it back up.
