ABSTRACT:
This file contains the following: \DELACC Deletes the Accounting features
\HLP21 Help program fix for FILER, FCONSOLE, SYSCON \IPX New IPX for use
with gateway products from CXI and NAS. Prevents gateway software from
hanging the workstation.  This bug is NOT caused by NetWare. \LEAP Adjusts
Day-Of-Week during Leap year.  See TB #212 \MOUSE Gives control back to the
mouse port on PS/2's \SETFIX Date/Time fix for PS/2's \UPDT21 Refer to TB
