This version fixes two problems that occured in v2.02.

- In some faster 80486 based computers, Softset wouldn't properly
  update the the EPROM on the EtherExpress 16 cards.  Softset would
  either display an error that it couldn't find an EtherExpress card,
  or the EPROM on the EtherExpress card is corrupt, or that it couldn't 
  update the EPROM.

- Softset manual set up would occassionally report that IRQ10 was 
  available even if DOS 5.0 had it masked off.
