Packet driver..........How to get the Packet driver   

  PACKET DRIVER NOTES:
  FOR THE INTEL EtherExpress(tm) 16 FAMILY OF NETWORK ADAPTERS

  The EtherExpress Packet driver is available on the Intel BBS or from
  Crynwr Software.  The current driver works with EtherExpress(tm) 16,
  16TP, 16C, FLASHC, MCA, and MCA/TP.

  An installation document is supplied with the driver.  However,
  additional support for the Packet driver (installation,
  configuration, bugs, etc.) is provided for a nominal charge by Crynwr
  Software.  Intel will provide support for any hardware compatibility
  related issue via our standard support hotline.

  On the Intel BBS, the packet driver is located in the EtherExpress

  BEFORE CALLING TECH SUPPORT:

  The EtherExpress Softset utility (for ISA computers) and MCADIAGS (for
  Microchannel computers) provide on-board and on-network diagnostics.
  The on-network diagnostics tests if one board can communicate with
  another board over the network.  This is independent of the PACKET
  driver.

  Before you call Intel or Crynwr, run these diagnostics.  This will
  help you determine if your problem is board related or driver
  related.
