  NOTES ON LANTASTIC AI:
  FOR THE INTEL EtherExpress(tm) 16 FAMILY OF NETWORK ADAPTERS

  This document applies to the EtherExpress(tm) 16, 16TP, 16C, FLASHC,
  MCA, and MCA/TP.  

  The EtherExpress native drivers for LANTASTIC AI 4.1 and 5.0 are 
  available on the Intel BBS or from Artisoft.

  An installation document is supplied with the driver.  Additional
  support for the LANTASTIC driver (installation, configuration, bugs,
  etc.) is provided by Artisoft.  Intel will provide support for any
  hardware compatibility related issue via our standard support
  hotline.

  BEFORE CALLING TECH SUPPORT:
  ----------------------------
  The EtherExpress Softset utility (for ISA computers) and MCADIAGS (for
  Microchannel computers) provide on-board and on-network diagnostics.
  The on-network diagnostics tests if one board can communicate with
  another board over the network.  This is independent of the LANTASTIC
  driver.

  Before you call Intel or Artisoft, run these diagnostics.  This will
  help you determine if your problem is board related or driver
  related.
