6  FTP PACKET DRIVER FOR ICL ETHERTEAM16


6.1  Installation of the Driver


To install the FTP Packet Driver, start it with the  following  command  line
syntax :

   ethiie [options] <packet_int_no> [hardware_irq] [<io_addr> [<net_port>]]]


The  EtherTeam16  requires  the  following  optional parameters (the defaults
apply if no parameter given).

 1. hardware_irq

    The HW Interrupt Number, any valid IRQ used by the adapter.  The  default
    value is 9(2).


 2. io_addr

    The base I/O address, any valid address (must match with the jumpering on
    the board). The default value is 0x300.


 3. net_port

    Network  connection  (Transceiver),  either (0 = BNC or TP, 1 = AUI(DIX).
    The default value is BNC (or TP).
