All that is needed to upgrade the BIOS of the AV150F is to run PROGRAM.BAT
NOTE: You may need to edit PROGRAM.BAT to specify your BIOS address if it is
not at the default, C800. Example, if the card is at address DC00, then you
would specify that address in the PROGRAM.BAT instead of C800.
