Preparing a bootable floppy diskette

1. Format a 3-1/2 inches (1.44MB) floppy diskette with '/S' option under
   MS-DOS 5.0 or above.

2. Copy the utility program -- OCTET.EXE onto the above floppy diskette.

3. Create an 'autoexec.bat' file onto the above floppy diskette with the
   following command line :

      OCTET.EXE

4. Mark the floppy diskette as working diskette.

5. Done.
