You will need the driver under the following situations: - You want to install TURBO MODE under NetWare 3.1x. - Your DC-200 is installed as the PRIMARY disk controller with more than two IDE drives attached. - Your DC-200 works as the SECONDARY disk controller. Please follow the steps below to install the driver for NetWare 3.10. Use PTIA311.DSK instead of PTIA310.DSK in the following procedure when you are installing NetWare 3.11. Note that the ISADISK.DSK driver is substituted by the TURBO MODE PTI driver in the NetWare installation. 1. When your DC-200 works as the PRIMARY disk controller. - After you have installed the DC-200, bring up the NetWare server until the prompt ":" appears on the screen. - Type the following command after the ":" prompt: load PTIA310 port=1f0 int=e 2. When your DC-200 works as the SECONDARY disk controller. - Install DC-200 as the SECONDARY disk controller.
