BERN231.ZIP contains version 2.31 drivers for Iomega's Bernoulli boxes.
OS2V231.EXE is a self-expanding executable file.  The contents can be
installed onto a 1.44 MB or 720 KB diskette using the included code.
From there the drivers can be installed using Device Driver Install in
the System Setup folder.
