These Drivers are for STB's S3 based Video Cards
The Powergraph X-24, Powergraph VL-24 and Pegasus VL.
These are for the Windows NT version 3.5.

Unzip the files into a empty directory or a floppy.  
Choose the Display icon from the control panel.  Select
change.  Select change again from the driver summary.  Select  
other.  Enter the Directory/Drive of the floppy and then follow 
instructions and enter the path to the drivers again.  Restart 
Windows NT and then choose colors, resolution and refresh rate
from the Display section of the Control panel.
