How to run Windows 95 with the Rasterex Graphics board


Assumes Windows 95 is already installed and running correctly.

1. 	Use "Shutdown" from the Start menu and "Restart the 
	computer in DOS mode."  Once restarted, 

2.	Install TIGA V2.20.

	a. 	Run setup from the TIGA disk.
		Accept the default values for the install.
		This will make a TIGA directory on your hard disk
		and copy the files needed to the TIGA directory. It will
		 also modify your AUTOEXEC.BAT. It will add the line

		set TIGA=-mC:\TIGA -lC:\TIGA -i0x60
	
	b.	Exit back to Windows.

	c.	Open up C:\AUTOEXEC.BAT in a text editor.

	d. 	Add the following lines to the end of the file:

		C:
		CD \TIGA
		TIGACD

3. 	Install windows with TIGA.

	a. 	Shutdown and restart Windows 95.

	b. 	In Control Panel chose DISPLAY.

	c.	Choose the Settings tab.

	d.	Choose "Change display type."

	e. 	Choose "Change" under "Adapter type."

	f. 	Chose "Have disk."

	g. 	Insert TIGA disk and choose OK.

	h. 	Change the display to 	TIGA (Small fonts)
		or			TIGA (Large fonts)

	i. 	Shutdown and restart the computer.
