UPDBIOS.BAT Utility:
-------------------

   IF YOU HAVE JUST RECEIVED A NEW BOARD, IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO
   RUN THIS UTILITY.

   This batch file is used to update the flash bios on your MGA
   Millennium to the latest revision at the time of release.
   It is necessary to run this utility only if you receive this
   software as part of an upgrade package.

   Should you need to use this utility, follow the procedure below :
   
        1) unzip the file "bios20.zip" to a diskette
	2) power down your system
        3) remove the MGA Millennium
        4) locate the dip switches
        5) set the bios protection switch to "BIOS UNPROTECTED"
        6) install the MGA back in the system and power-up using a
	   DOS 6.22 bootable diskette
	7) Insert the bios disk in drive A:
        8) go to the A:  and simply type "UPDBIOS"
        9) once the utility has finished, power-down your system
        10) remove your MGA and set the bios protection switch back
           to the "BIOS PROTECTED" position
        11) power-up your system and you are now ready to try your updated
            bios
        12) repeat the procedure if you have more than one MGA in your system
   
   NOTE : **This program may not work properly if invoked from a Windows or
	  Windows 95 or Windows NT DOS window (neither windowed or full-screen).
	  It is recommended that this program be run directly from DOS.

	**Ensure that your diskette which holds the bios is not write protected
	  while flashing your bios.
