Hercules Information Server

The Hercules Information Server is a mailing list designed to keep you up-to-date with the latest information on driver status, new product announcements and other important information. We're proud to once again be the first graphics card company to offer this service to our customers.

Subscription Information

Subscribing to the mailing list

You can subscribe to the Hercules Information Server mailing list for your product family by sending an e-mail message to:

listserv@hercules.com

with the following line in the body of the message:

subscribe [listname] [your name]

Your name can be your full name, just your last name or whatever you like. It doesn't have to be your e-mail address (we get that by looking at the From: line on your message). By the way, we'll keep your e-mail address private. Currently, there are five mailing lists available, three for our three major product families, and two special lists for our latest products. The listnames are as follows:

stingray - Stingray Family (all Stingray products)
   dyn128 - Dynamite 128/Video
dynamite - Dynamite Family (all other Dynamite products)
   term3d - Terminator 3D
terminator - Terminator Family (all other Terminator products)
You may subscribe to one or more lists in a single message. For example, to subscribe to both the Stingray and Terminator mailing lists, your message might look like this:

   To: listserv@hercules.com
   Subject:

   subscribe stingray John Doe
   subscribe terminator John Doe

An automated reply will acknowledge your subscription. When a new version of software, or other important information, is available, you'll automatically receive a new Update Mailing List Bulletin.

Cancelling a subscription

To cancel a subscription to the mailing list, send an e-mail message to:

listserv@hercules.com

with the following line in the body of the message:

   unsubscribe [listname]

You can cancel a subscription for one or more lists in a single message.
