CONFIGURATION: -------------- The first time this driver is used, it will ask the user which video mode to use for Microstation. One must be selected, and then a configuration filed will be created that the driver will use for subsequent Microstation sessions. To permanently reconfigure the driver, erase the file \USTATION\DRIVERS\MGL911.CFG and run Microstation again. To temporarily change the resolution mode used, you may set the environment variable MGL911 to one of the following numbers: 0 640x480x256 1 800x600x16 2 800x600x256 3 1024x768x16 4 1024x768x256 5 1280x960x16 6 640x480x256 7 1280x1024x16 8 1280x1024x256 If the driver finds a legal value in the environment, it will use it to override any variable found in the configuration file. FEATURES: --------- This driver will work with a Hercules-compatible MDA board as the second graphics device. This can be configured as either the Primary (right screen) or Secondary (left side) graphics device. SWAP screen capabilities are supported if a 256 color mode is configured. If the initialization code is unable to determine which mode to use, it will always default to the 640 x 480 x 256 color mode. The driver will exit if it is not able to find an S3-based graphics board. The graphics screen contents are now saved when shelling out to DOS.
