/D: - driver name, must match AUTOEXEC.BAT name
/M: - mode - S for PIO
/P: - port address, 1F0 for primary, 170 for secondary, followed by
      M for master or S for slave
/I: - interrupt number, 14 or 15
/V: - verbose mode, displays information on power-up

The default CONFIG.SYS line that the INSTALL.EXE program writes out
if you used the CrystaLake IDE CD-ROM interface card and did not
change any of the default settings is:
