Some caveats associated with this source.  It is not ready for
distribution and has the following known problems:

1) Doesn't work with the SB AWE32 Sound Card.
2) Win95 support in the form of checking for pre-configured
   information in FindAdapter is not supported.
3) Several SCSI opcodes are not supported.
4) Detection code needs to be enhanced and optimized.
