These are Mitsumi CD ROM Drivers v2.1. With the bug fix already performed on it.
MTMCDE.new (rename .new to .SYS) is dma and irq driver and MTMCDS.sys is software polling driver.
MTMCDE.sys according to the manual, is the better of the two (as far as speed is
concerned).
