USING THE PROGRAM INDICATES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The Software is licensed not sold. You obtain no rights other than those granted you under this licence. The term "Software" means the original and all whole or partial copies of it, including any media and documentation. fPrint UK owns the copyrights in the Software. You are responsible for the selection of the Software and for the installation of, use of, and results obtained from, the Software. Licence - Evaluation copy Under this licence you may: 1) Use the Software on only one computer at any one time; 2) Copy the Software, provided it is unaltered and is copied using the original archive; 3) Only use it in conjunction with a valid OS/2 licence. Under this licence, you may not: 1) Distribute any output from the Software, 2) Use, copy, modify, merge or transfer copies of the Software except as provided by this licence; 3) Reverse engineer, disassemble or reverse compile the Software; 4) sublicense, rent, time-share, lease, assign or electronically transmit or receive the Software or any part of it; or 5) Transfer the licence to any other party without express written permission from fPrint UK. You must reproduce the copyright notice(s) on each copy, or partial copy, of the Software. Warranty and Limitations fPrint UK gives no warranty and makes no representation either express or implied with respect to the Software or the Documentation, their quality, performance, fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability and in particular but without limitation fPrint UK does not warrant that the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error free or that defects in the Software will be corrected. Accordingly the Software and Documentation are licensed "as is" and you shall load and use the Software at your own risk. In no event will fPrint UK be liable to you for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct or indirect, special incidental, consequential or otherwise, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption or loss of information or any other consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Software or the Documentation or from errors or deficiencies in it whether caused by negligence or otherwise except as expressly provided herein and whether or not fPrint UK has been advised of such loss or damage. Termination of licence You may terminate your licence at any time. fPrint UK may terminate your licence if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this licence.
