   The INSTALL.EXE (Version V1.01) is a program that provides an easy
   installation of drivers supplied by the PnP EthernetCard.

   Thisprogram only replaces the current driver of your network operating
   systems with the driver supplied by the PnP EthernetCartd. In other word,s
   this program is useful only under the condition of both NOS and driver
   already installed and functioning properly.

   When the INSTALL program is executed, it will copy the driver onto the
   directory that the user is requested to key in. The INSTALL program will
   also modify the relative system files, such as PROTOCOL.INI, and rename
   the old system files to XXXX.PNP. After the installation is completed, the
   INSTALL program will request the user to re-boot the system.
