##1## * Network Adapters List * The list is the net cards found on your system. Select the net card which you want to configure by using the arrow key. Key definition: F1 Help screen about this menu. Enter Select the card and enter the main menu. Esc return to DOS. ##2## ##3## * Configuration Menu * The configuration menu consists of five functions: 1. I/O Base Address I/O base address range from 0x200 - 0x3E0 are supported in PNP mode, only 0x240/0x280/0x2C0/0x300/0x320/0x340/0x360 are supported in Jumperless mode. The addresses already been used will show in gray color, you can choose only from the addresses which show in green color. Note that if your system is a PNP environment (e.g. PNPBIOS) and card is in PNP mode, then IO base address is assigned by system and can not be modified. 2. Interrupt Output Line The interrupts already been used will show in gray color, you can choose only from the interrupts which show in green color. Note that if your system is a PNP environment (e.g. PNPBIOS) and card is in PNP mode, then Interrupt is assigned by system and can not be modified. 3. Physical Media Interface You can select 10Base-T/10Base-2/10Base-5 physical media. If you do not understand these, just select "Media Type Auto Detect". 4. Boot ROM Base Address You can select Boot ROM size for 16K, 32K, 64K or NO BOOTROM. Then you can select Boot ROM base address. The addresses already been used will show in gray color, you can choose only from the addresses which show in green color. Note that if your system is a PNP environment (e.g. PNPBIOS) and card is in PNP mode, then Boot ROM base address is assigned by system and can not be modified. 5. PNP or Jumperless mode If your system supports plug and play, for example your BIOS is a PNP BIOS or your OS is WINDOWS 95. You should select PNP mode. Even if your system do not support PNP, select PNP mode can let our drivers auto detect the configuration of net cards and you do not have to worry about the configuration while install our drivers. It is suggested that you select PNP mode. Key definition: F1 Help screen about this menu. F5 Diagnose this net card. F8 Install the device drivers and utilities about this net card. F10 Save the configuration permanently. It will require you to do the power off hardware reset unless you ignore those settings and set them again. Enter Enter the selected sub-menu. Esc return to previous menu. ##4## * Install Drivers and Utilities Menu * The "Install Drivers and Utilities Menu" consists of two functions: "DOS ODI Driver" can let you install the DOS ODI Driver from this option. Esc return to previous menu. ##5## * Install Plug & Play Utility Menu * This menu is used to install the Plug & Play Utility to your system. If the net card is setup on the Plug & Play mode and there is no one Plug & Play environment on your system. This utility is provided the Plug & Play environment to your system. If you choose to install this utility then it will add a new line to the "AUTOEXEC.BAT" file. Key definition: F1 Help screen about this menu. Esc return to previous menu. ##6## * Install DOS ODI Driver Menu * This menu is used to install the "DOS ODI driver" to your system. It will copy the files of drivers to your system and update or add a new section to the "NET.CFG" file to reflect the setting about this net card. Key definition: F1 Help screen about this menu. Esc return to previous menu. ##7## * Install DOS PACKET Driver Menu * This menu is used to install the "DOS PACKET driver to your system.
