NDIS3.0 Driver Installation Guide for WINDOWS NT 3.X ========================================================== Driver Installation Procedures: A.If Windows NT operating system is being installed: For Express Setup ================= 1. Windows NT Setup automatically check for a network adapter card in your computer and recognizes your card to be NE2000 Adapter card. 2. Accept the NE2000 card that Setup detects, then Setup will display a diaglog box with the adapter card settings. 3. Accept these setting unless you are absolutely sure they are incorrect , in which case you can change them and then choose OK. 4. Follow the instructions appearing on the screen. For Custom Setup ================ 1. Windows NT Setup asks if you want it to detect the network card in your computer. 2. Choose detection, Setup looks for a network card and recognizes your card to be NE2000 Adapter card. 3. Accept the NE2000 card that Setup detects, then Setup will display a diaglog box with the adapter card settings. 4. Accept these setting unless you are absolutely sure they are incorrect , in which case you can change them and then choose OK. 5. Follow the instructions appearing on the screen. B. If Windows NT operating system is already installed: 1. Logon as Administrator and select Netwrok icon from the control panel. 2. In the Network Setting dialog box, choose the Add Adapter button. 3. In the Add Network Adapter dialog box, select the NE2000 adapter card, and then choose the Continue button. 4. In the Network Setting dialog box, you can also add supporting software for network components. 5. When you complete all your choose and close the Network Settings dialog box, restart your computer for the changes to take effect.
